Some housekeeping first.....
With BRF comes a more proactive approach from the Officers in guild being given an area of the raid team to mainly focus on. And yep you guessed it I will be looking over the ranged members.
So if you have ranged related problems they come to me AFTER the raid. Its kind of expected at this stage of the game you guys know what the fuck is going on.
Whilst the fights are new and fresh don't stress and freak out about meters and the like. It's preferred to drop dps for a complete and through understanding of the fight and all the mechanics then trying to top meters. Whilst we are on the subject of meters if you wanna "pad" "tunnel" meters and think its cool the healers will keep me up and you decide to be a fuckbag and not move or fail at a mechanic it wont be tolerated. Logs are looked at for the entire raid team to see where we have weaknesses and strengths and its discussed at length by the Officers. This is done to tweak raid strats etc, and to see which members are consistently under performing and just being lazy and bad in general. And trust me we KNOW.
We will be pushing a little bit harder for BRF so time to amp it up have some fun and knock shit down.
I will link to a few online resources here I HOPE you guys look at them already, but if not check them out
